Many states impose restrictions on firearms, ammunition, and accessories. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that an item is legal to own in their State/City/County before bidding or purchasing.
Orders that must be cancelled/returned will incur a 25% restocking fee.
In-Store Pickups / Viewings
We offer a convenient in-store pickup option for customers local to our retail store in Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina. If you wish to pick your item up in-store, just select “In-Store Pickup” during checkout. After your order is placed, contact us to schedule your pick-up. We require an hour’s notice to have your order ready for pickup.
We do not charge a transfer or shipping fee for in-store pickups.
Payment
We accept payment through Gunbroker.com checkout or via phone. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We do not charge a credit card fee!
Payment must be received within 10 days of your order being placed.
We do not accept AMEX (American Express), Checks, or Money Orders.
Shipping
We ship fast! Tracking Information will be provided within 48 hours of receiving everything necessary for your order (FFL, payment, additional documents if required).
Everything you see for sale on our store is on-hand, in-stock, and ready to ship.
By law, firearms must ship to an FFL dealer (local gunshop) where the buyer will pick up their firearm. We will ship your order with a copy of your information enclosed.
We do not ship to 03 (C&R) FFL holders under any circumstances.
We do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories. Ammunition cannot be shipped to Alaska & Hawaii. Orders to AK/HI may incur an additional shipping charge.
Ammo Policy
- AK, HI: No ammo shipments.
- CA, NY, and Cook County, IL: Ammo must be shipped to an FFL.
- CT: Ammo requires a valid copy of a state-issued ID/driver’s license & a valid permit to carry/sell or an eligibility certificate.
- IL: Ammo requires a valid copy of a state-issued ID/driver’s license & a FOID (Firearm Owner’s ID) card.
- MA: Ammo requires a valid copy of a state-issued ID/driver’s license & either a License to Carry (LTC) or a firearm’s ID card (FID).
- NJ: Ammo requires a valid copy of a Pistol/Revolver Safety Certificate or RI Hunter Education Course Card.
- RI: Ammo requires a valid copy of a state-issued ID/driver’s license & a firearms purchaser ID card/handgun purchase permit/handgun carry permit.
- PO Box: No ammo shipments.
If your State is not listed above, there are likely no additional requirements to purchase ammo. Please note that laws regarding ammo shipments change quickly–your State may have additional requirements that have passed since this list was established. Please confirm your local laws before ordering.
Stock Photography
Many of our listings utilize stock photography. We photograph a single example of an item for each listing to demonstrate the product for sale. The item you receive may not be the exact item used to create an item’s listing photography, but it will be the identical product in equal condition.
Inspection Policy
Please note that all firearm manufacturers test fire their products for quality control. They do not clean the firearms after test firing to prove that the item was tested properly.
We offer a 3-day non-firing inspection period starting when the item arrives at the receiving FFL dealer. If you have any issues, do not accept the transfer! Reach out to us directly, and we will be happy to assist you. Customer service is always our top priority here at Fuquay Gun.
Return Policy
A return (minus shipping charges) will ONLY be accepted if the item is NOT AS DESCRIBED in this listing. We will not accept returns due to change of mind, buyer’s remorse, etc. In the event that an item cannot be released to you, a 25% restocking fee will be charged. Please check local laws before bidding.
You must contact us before returning a firearm and it must return in the exact shape it left.
