After purchasing a firearm, if you discover any issues or problems with the firearm, please refer to the Manufacturer’s Warranty. If you need assistance with returning a firearm to the manufacturer for warranty work/repair Fuquay Gun will be glad to assist you.

Inspection Policy

Please note that all firearm manufacturers test fire their products for quality control. They do not clean the firearms after test firing to prove that the item was tested properly. 

We offer a 3-day non-firing inspection period starting when the item arrives at the receiving FFL dealer. If you have any issues, do not accept the transfer! Reach out to us directly, and we will be happy to assist you. Customer service is always our top priority here at Fuquay Gun.

For Firearms

A return will generally only be accepted if the item is not as advertised in our listing. In the event that a firearm cannot be legally transferred to you, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee and the cost of return shipping. Any and all returns will be handled at management’s discretion. 

For Ammunition

Unfortunately, shipping policies and requirements prohibit us from accepting returns of ammunition. In the event you experience an issue with ammunition sold by Fuquay Gun, we will work with you to determine an appropriate solution. 

For Non-Firearm / Non-Ammunition Items

The return period is thirty (30) days and the item(s) must be accompanied by the original receipt.

In the event the product is defective, please refer to the manufacturer warranty. Any and all returns will be handled at management’s discretion.
